Authorize to amend an agreement with Hoyle, Tanner & Associates Inc., Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 8-22-12, item #79), for final design consulting services for the replacement of an existing dam and the existing bridge carrying I-95 over the Taylor River in Hampton, NH, by extending the completion date from August 31, 2014 to August 31, 2015. No Additional Funding.
