Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #53), for ongoing support of statewide services to individuals with acquired brain injuries and their families by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $792,770 from $792,770 to $1,585,540 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
