Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Amoskeag Health, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #32), to continue providing a Comprehensive Nutrition, Feeding and Swallowing Network for Children with Special Health Care Needs, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $1,100,000 from $2,140,000 to $3,240,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 16% Federal Funds, 84% General Funds Glencliff Home
