Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Southern New Hampshire, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #19) to continue assisting families in attaining high quality childcare in the state, providing support, training and technical assistance to childcare providers, and providing information and promoting the Child Care Scholarship, the childcare subsidy program, to families and childcare providers, by exercising an available contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $366,387 from $3,839,269 to $4,205,656, and extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
