Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the New Hampshire Children’s Trust, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #41), to modify the scope of services and funding due to the elimination of federal funding source and a repurposing of existing child care funds, by decreasing the price limitation by $1,070,359 from $16,928,447 to $15,858,088 and by exercising a renewal option to extend the completion date from June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to March 24, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
