Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Legal Assistance, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/17/23, Item $24), to continue providing legal assistance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness to at-risk of becoming homeless, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $100,000 from $100,000 to $200,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
