Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Labor, to amend a contract with Stellarware Corporation, Holbrook, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 6-4-08, item #2), for continued development and support for the Department of Labor web site, by increasing the amount by $13,554 from $220,120 to $233,674, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: The agency Class 27 used by DOL to reimburse DoIT for this contract amendment is 96% from the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Assessments fund and 4% from the Inspection Fees – Certificates – Licenses Fund.
