Description

Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with Grafton County, North Haverhill, NH, for approximately 21,291 square feet of courtroom, office space and storage for the Grafton County Superior and the 2nd Circuit Court-District Division-Haverhill located at 3785 Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, NH. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2018. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
