Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Tier One Construction Inc., Manchester, NH, for the State House Room 100 door, for a total price not to exceed $75,249. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2014. 83% Capital-General, 17% Operating-General Funds. (2)Further authorize the amount of $3,600 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $78,849. 100% Capital – General Funds.
