Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an agreement with H.L. Turner Group Inc., Concord, NH, for professional services for the Derry Highway Maintenance Facility, Derry, NH, for a total price not to exceed $284,639. (2)Further authorize the amount of $24,500 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $309,139. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2015. 100% Capital-Highway Funds.
