Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-13, item #86), for the provision of technical and Medicaid administration support by decreasing the price limitation by $70,955 from $3,895,501 to $3,824,546, and by changing the scope of services to provide only the core services necessary for the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 63% Federal, 37% General Funds.
