Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell approximately 35.38+/- acres of State-owned land located on the southerly side of Monadnock Street, in the Town of Troy, NH to Douglas Sappala, for $145,000, with an additional assessed administrative fee of $1,100. (2) Further authorize to compensate HKS Associates, Inc from the proceeds of the sale a commission fee of $8,700 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
