Description

Authorize to amend a contract with JSI Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-6-13, item #12), to provide NH Tobacco Helpline services in times of increased volume with National Tobacco Education Media Campaigns, by increasing the price by $35,009 from $652,500 to $687,509. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
