Authorize, with the Office of Medicaid Business and Policy, to enter into a sole source agreement with Bi State Primary Care Association, Bow, NH, to recruit primary care healthcare professionals to medically underserved areas of NH and to provide oral health professional recruitment services, in an amount not to exceed $355,000. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2016. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
