Description

Authorize a contract renew and amend option with CQuest America Inc., Springfield, IL, (originally approved by G&C on 6-27-07, item #237), to provide continued administration, hosting, support and maintenance of the NH Woman Infants and Children Program’s integrated benefits system, by increasing the price by $233,938 from $3,098,388 to $3,332,326, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2014 to December 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
