Description

Authorize a contract renew and amend option with the Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #75), to provide targeted Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Hepatitis C Virus counseling, testing, and referral services, by increasing the price by $20,000 from $29,000 to $49,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
