Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the Institute on Disability, University of NH, Durham, NH, to develop and implement research and demonstration projects promoting best practice in community services for people with developmental disabilities, and to provide trainings for staff, individuals and families, in the amount of $190,231. Effective July 1, 2014, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% General Funds.
