Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the University of NH, (originally approved by G&C on 4-17-13, item #50), to provide project management services necessary to advance the Balancing Incentive Program in multiple Department program areas and within communities statewide by increasing the price limitation $2,428,086 from $782,162 to an amount not to exceed $3,210,247. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
