Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Haley & Aldrich, Inc., Bedford, NH, for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000, for on-call geotechnical engineering services associated with the construction phase of the Bow-Concord project. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2030, with the option to extend due to the project specific nature of this on-call agreement.
