Authorize a renewal option to grant the North Country Education Services (NCES) funds to pay for supplemental educational services to be provided by NCES (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #136A) to migrant students and families in an amount not to exceed $100,000. (2)Further authorize unencumbered payment of said grant with internal accounting control within the Department of Education. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
