Description

Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a lease agreement with KGI Gorham LLC, Providence, RI, in an amount not to exceed $361,250 including two one-time payments of $50,000 each for necessary interior fit up and will provide 5,500 square feet of space for the Division of Motor Vehicles office to be located on the first floor of the mountain Valley Plaza in units #4, and #5 in Gorham. Effective June 5, 2014 through October 31, 2019. 100% Highway Funds.
