Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for 6.1 miles of pavement rehabilitation on US 4 in Epsom and Northwood, on the basis of a low bid of $2,220,776.20. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $111,038.81 for payment of latent conditionals which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
