Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,769,346.98 for resurfacing of twelve sections of various Tier 3 and 4 roadways throughout nine towns (Rye, Rochester, Strafford, Newmarket, Barrington, Loudon, Pittsfield, Milton, and Newton) in Districts 3 and 6. Effective upon G&C approval through October 3, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Other Funds
