Authorize to enter into an agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH, for a training partnership that will provide educational and training opportunities to the Division for Children, Youth and Families’ staff and other identified parties, in an amount not to exceed $766,767. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 75% Federal, 15% General Funds.
