Authorize to enter into agreements, three of which are retroactive, with the vendors as detailed in letter dated April 2, 2014, to provide permanent and transitional housing programs to facilitate the movement of homeless individuals to permanent housing and maximum self-sufficiency through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $1,089,408. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
