Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with SUR Construction Inc., Rochester, NH, for resurfacing the existing Lee traffic circle to a two-lane roundabout located at the intersection of US Route 4 and NH Route 125, on the basis of a low bid of $2,794,544. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $139,727.20 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 25, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
