Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with SUR Construction Inc., Rochester, NH, for median protection along 6.3 miles of NH 101 beginning in Epping and Brentwood, on the basis of a low bid of $2,241,345. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $156,894.15 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 3, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
