Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $831,100 from the United States Department of Energy’s Office of State and Community Energy Programs as a result of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, for the Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Capitalization Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 18, 2025.
