Description

Authorize to enter into a contract with MPACT Strategic Consulting LLC, Houston, TX, in an amount not to exceed $542,895.92 to conduct Davis-Bacon and Related Acts compliance for projects funded under the Department’s State Energy Program Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant, Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid Grant Program, and Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Federal Funds
