Authorize the Division of Forest and Lands, Natural Heritage Bureau to accept and expend American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds from the Department of Environmental Services in the amount of $236,000 for the purpose of developing a new online environmental review tool to replace the existing aging DataCheck Tool.
