Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to accept and expend a Federal Grant Award in the amount of $2,000,000 from the United States Department of Agriculture, United States Forest Service for the mitigation and risk reduction activities related to spruce budworm outbreaks on state and private lands in northern New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 18, 2025.
