Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands, Natural Heritage Bureau to enter into a sole source contract with NatureServe, Arlington, VA for an amount not to exceed $353,550 to develop a new online environmental review tool to replace the existing aging DataCheck Tool. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with the option to extend for up to two additional four year terms. 67% Federal Funds, 33% Other Funds. Contingent upon approval of Items #61 & 65 above.
