Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Process Energy Services, LLC, Londonderry, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #108), for the purpose of conducting energy auditing, technical assistance and outreach/training services for wastewater and drinking water systems by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2029 and increasing the contract amount by $500,000 from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029. 50% SRF Management Funds, 50% Federal Funds
