Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source agreement with the Trustees of Dartmouth College, Dartmouth College, Office of Sponsored Projects, Hanover, NH, to improve permanency and wellbeing outcomes for children adopted through the Department, in an amount not to exceed $2,156,447. Effective October 1, 2013 through January 1, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon approval of funding by both Fiscal Committee on March 21, 2014 and G&C on March 12, 2014.
