Authorize to enter into a contract with Creative Educational Consulting LLC, Hollis, NH, to provide technical assistance to school districts regarding the implementation of the NH Preschool Outcome Measurement System, in an amount not to exceed $110,000. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
