Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend an agreement with Fay, Spofford & Thorndike LLC, Burlington, MA, and Bedford, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 1-19-11, item #108), for consulting design services to study improvements at three locations along NH 101A in Amherst and Merrimack, by extending the completion date from March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2015. Effective upon G&C approval. No Additional Funding.
