Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement rehabilitation on 4.6 miles of NH 106 in the Town of Loudon, on the basis of a low bid of $1,020,945.95. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $51,047.30 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 15, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
