Description
Authorize to enter a contract with D.L. King & Associates Inc., Nashua, NH, for a new fueling facility and removing the existing fuel tanks at the Wakefield and Tuftonboro Sheds, on the basis of a low bid of $568,950. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $56,895 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 1, 2014. 100% Capital Budget Funds.
