Authorize to amend an agreement with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #249), for the provision of a 15 bed co-ed, short-term staff shelter care facility known as Midway Shelter, Bradford, NH, by increasing the price by $1,338,578 from $4,015,734 to an amount not to exceed $5,354,312 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015. 48% Federal, 26% General, 26% Other Funds.
