Description

Authorize to retroactively amend six of eight ServiceLink contracts, (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-13, item #62), in order for the contractors to provide information and access to long-term supports and services to all citizens in NH, by increasing the price by $330,999 in aggregate from $4,334,595 to $4,665,594 in aggregate. Effective January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
