Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source agreement with Inter-Fluve Inc., (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #96), to complete the Geomorphology-Based Restoration Design and Permitting for the Suncook River and Floodplain project by extending the completion date to December 31, 2016 from December 31, 2013, changing the Scope of Services and Contract Price and Method of Payment to include additional tasks and payments, and increasing the contract award amount by $490,951 from $418,851 to $909,802. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2016. 100% Capital (General) Funds.
