Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $60,000 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for unbudgeted utility expenses for the Department of Business and Economic Affairs Department, Office of the Commissioner, Safety Rest Areas Turnpike. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Turnpike Funds
