Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Montagne Communications LLC, Manchester, NH, to provide public outreach and education, public relations and information management for the NH Rail Transit Authority, for an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2014. 80% Federal, 20% State Capital Funding (General Fund Bonded Expenses).
