Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the financing of a loan to Coastal Economic Development Corporation for the benefit of Screw-Matic Corp dba SMC Aerospace or nominee located in Seabrook, NH. Action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-A:18 to determine the financing will serve a public use, provide public benefit and is within the policy and authority of the Act.
