Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a sole source contract with DriveAbility, LLC, Londonderry, NH in an amount not to exceed $23,000 to provide adaptive driver evaluations and training on a case by case basis to VR participants experiencing mobility challenges due to disabilities and to lease, at no cost, an adaptive state owned vehicle to DriveAbility, LLC for use in the adaptive driver evaluations and training. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of April 28, 2025 through April 27, 2026, with an option to renew for two additional one year terms. 100% Federal Funds
