Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to provide services to juvenile court prevention and intervention programs to improve the efficacy, evaluation and sustainability of juvenile court diversion programs statewide by continuing Center for Excellence business operations in an amount not to exceed $80,430. Effective upon G&C approval through February 1, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
