Description
Authorize to enter into an agreement with James B. Manning, a dental contractor, to provide limited dental treatment to adults age 60 and older that will be participating in a dental screening project. No maximum or minimum client and service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $22,309 each SFY for a total of $44,618. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
