Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the Southeastern NH Hazardous Materials Mutual Aid District in the amount of $15,040 for activities associated with the development and implementation of emergency plans under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
