Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a sole source contract with Valor Systems Inc., Oak Brook, IL, for the purpose of developing software to enable the Valor Law Enforcement Records Management System to interface with the State of NH J-ONE System, the eTicket System and the Crash Records Management System for criminal complaints, dispositions, and citations, in the amount of $130,000. Effective upon G&C approval though June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
