Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, to amend an existing electric utility transmission line license held by Unitil Corporation (originally approved by G&C on 10-2-13, item #47), affecting the NH Hospital Cemetery parcel located on the north side of Clinton Street in Concord in order to alter the existing utility corridor license area to accommodate a utility pole line realignment project proposed for the upcoming winter months of 2014. Effective upon G&C approval.
